We are based out of Southern California. We pack and ship everything out of our warehouse here in USA.
Comfy Knit™ is our proprietary fabric that we have developed to be the comfiest blanket material we can ever imagine.
We are happy to accept all valid coupon codes on items unless it is stated in the item description that a coupon code is not valid at that time. Also, we are only able to accommodate one coupon code per order.
All of our blankets can be easily washed in cold water in the gentle cycle, and then dried on delicates with no heat to prevent any shrinkage. We also recommend that you don't use any softeners during the wash cycle.
Shipping + Returns and exchanges
All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Southern California. Every item on our site is in stock and will ship out within 24-48 hours (M-F).
Yes, we are super excited to ship worldwide. Our international shipping time typically takes 8-12 business days after the tracking number has been sent out. Also please allow time for your order to clear customs in your country. Please note that we cannot control nor are we responsible for the customs, duties, and taxes that can be enforced at the final delivery country. We ship all of our items from the USA, and customs policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
We offer three types of shipping for our domestic orders :
Standard - Economical shipping which usually takes 5-8 business days to arrive.
Priority - Mid-tier shipping method which usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive.
Express - Lightning fast shipping which will arrive in 1-3 business days.
As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. If you did not receive an order confirmation to the email or phone number you provided please be sure that your order did go through. After the order confirmation email, you will receive a separate email with tracking number as soon as your order ships. The tracking number in your order can take up to 24 hours to update once the package has been scanned into the shipping carrier.
If your order says it is delivered, but it still hasn't shown up at your doorstep please don't panic. We will make sure everything gets fixed. Our first step would be to advise you to check with your neighbors, your mailbox, or sometimes the carriers can drop your package in a strange place outside your home. If that doesn't resolve it and your package shows delivered for over 24 hours please feel free to reach out to our customer care team here.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lounge Life purchase, and we completely understand if you would like to exchange or return your item. All return and exchange requests must be processed through our Exchange/Returns Request Form. All of our items are eligible for a return/exchange within the first 30 days of purchase as long as your item is in new condition, unwashed and unused in the original packaging. If an item is returned not enclosed in it's original packaging, or showing any signs of wear it will be subject to a restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs paid at the time of order will not be refunded.
